This policy explains how Nitro AI Store Speed Optimizer collects and uses data.
Data we access
We access store data required to optimize themes, including theme files, assets, optimization run metadata, and app/session records. We don't store customer payment details.
How we use data
Data is used to analyze theme performance, apply optimizations, and generate diagnostics requested by the merchant.
Data retention
We retain optimization logs and diagnostics while the app is installed to support troubleshooting and rollback features. After uninstall or shop/redact, shop-scoped records are deleted automatically. For merchant-requested deletion by email, we target completion within 30 days.
Data deletion requests
Merchants can request data deletion by contacting support. Shopify privacy webhooks are handled automatically through the app's compliance endpoints: customers/data_request,customers/redact, and shop/redact.
